This November, I'm honoured to be marking International Men's Day with a free event at Cobh Library - a book reading and sharing circle for the men in our community.
You don't need to have the answers. You just need to show up.
Whether it's your partner, your mother, a sister, or a friend - chances are, someone in your life is navigating menopause right now, and you're not quite sure how to help. That's exactly what this session is for.
What to Expect
- A reading and reflection from Menopause Wingman: The Emotional Handbook for Partners
- An open sharing circle - real answers to the questions you don't know how to ask
- Practical things you can actually do, starting today
- A room of other men who get it - no judgement, no pressure
- Tea, coffee, and a proper chat
