This book exists because of a man named Richard. He told me his relationship might have survived menopause if a book like this had existed. I never forgot that.

Why This Book Exists
It started with a chance encounter.
At an online networking event, Michelle met a man named Richard. When she mentioned her work in menopause, he stopped her:
"You should write a book for men. About menopause. My relationship might have survived if something like that had existed."
She never forgot it. Because Richard wasn't alone.
In 25+ years of practice, she had seen it again and again. The women were struggling — and the men beside them were lost. Not uncaring. Not unwilling. Just completely in the dark. No one had spoken to them. No book existed for them.
